If your treatment starts at the time our facilities open (i.e. 10am or 11am), please make your way up via our driveway 15 minutes prior to the start time of your treatment.

Terms & Conditions

Packages are available from 1 May until 31 May 2025.
Packages are already at a discounted price and therefore no further discounts can be applied.
When making a booking whether online, via the phone or email you will be required to provide full payment details and payment will be taken at the time of your booking, this is to ensure you do not lose your appointment.
Confirmation will be emailed to you at the time of payment.
If a cancellation is advised at least 24 hours prior to the appointment start time, a full refund will be issued. If you do not arrive for your appointment or if you are late and the treatment will not be able to be fulfilled – no refund will apply.
For extenuating circumstances which are beyond your control such as road closures, accident or serious health issues, Tekapo Springs Glacial Spa will refund the cancellation fee upon evidence of those circumstances.
Please note, we have a mixture of male and female therapists. When booking a treatment the therapists skillset and availability is used. If you would prefer a specific gender therapist for your treatment, please book directly to ensure we can meet your requirements.
