There is wheelchair access into our middle pool (37°C), Pukaki. Our Aqua Play Area is accessible friendly too (32°C), and our lifeguards are on hand to assist if required. We also provide an aqua wheelchair free of charge for assisted use only.

Our male and female change rooms are wheelchair accessible. Both change rooms have an accessible toilet and shower.

Our café is accessible for those with a wheelchair.

Our rink area boosts two different activities: mini golf (summer) and ice skating (winter).

Mini Golf (summer): Our rink is wheelchair accessible. Please note the holes are loose items that are placed on top of the concrete flooring. We therefore suggest that wheelchair users avoid driving on top of the holes, but they can play whilst being parked up on the side of each hole. We recommend a carer is present to access the ball when this is out of reach for the wheelchair user.

Ice Skating (winter): Wheelchair bound visitors are permitted on the ice, after speaking to our onsite staff to make sure safety risks are minimized. Rules include, but are not limited too: wheelchair accessibility only during slow times on the ice rink, and having a carer who is a competent skater who can assist with their movement around the ice.

We provide spaces at the top of our driveway for those visitors who hold a valid disability card. These car park spaces are clearly marked.

Please note that our driveway does not feature a concrete path and therefore scooters cannot access our driveway. Due to our harsh winter conditions (snow & ice) for up to 6 months of the year, a concrete path has been identified as a slip hazard and therefore not feasible.
