Important Information for Your Day Spa Booking

– We have a team of both male and female therapists. Bookings are assigned based on therapist skillset and availability. If you have a preference for a specific gender therapist, please contact us directly so we can do our best to meet your request.
– Please note, one of our therapists wears gloves during treatments. If you would prefer a treatment without gloves, please get in touch before your appointment so we can schedule you with another therapist.
– Your treatment start time may be adjusted by 15–30 minutes to accommodate scheduling requirements. If any changes are needed, we will let you know as soon as possible and work with you to ensure the new time is suitable.
