loyalty reward programme

Our Mackenzie Pass Loyalty Reward Programme is our way of saying thank you for being part of the Tekapo Springs community. Available exclusively to 12-month members from 1 April 2026, this programme rewards your ongoing support each time you renew. From this date, all members will begin accruing spend toward their loyalty reward, meaning your first eligible reward will be available at your next renewal after 1 April 2026. When you renew your pass, you’ll receive 10% of your total spend to date back as Tekapo Springs vouchers, valid for 12 months from your renewal date. To make your first visit back even more special, you’ll also enjoy a complimentary hot drink from our café – one for each member on your pass. To be eligible, memberships must be renewed within the same month of expiry, with no break in continuity. All other standard Mackenzie Pass terms and conditions apply.

Terms & Conditions:

• A Mackenzie Pass allows unlimited entry for 12 months from date of purchase (or 6 months in case of the 6-month membership)
• The Mackenzie Pass membership is non-refundable.
• You will have to show a recent rates bill or utilities bill as proof of being a resident in the Mackenzie region.
• You will need to have your photo taken onsite when using your membership for the first time – this is mandatory, the picture is held in a secure system against your profile.
• Full payment of your membership will be processed when using your membership for the first time.
• You must quote your membership number, name AND present photo identification for each visit.
• A family pass is for 2 adults and up to 2 children aged 3-15 years old, extra children can be added at the extra child addon rate.
• Proof of age for children is required via a copy of a birth certificate.
• Student rate is valid for ages up to 25; you’re required to show a current-year student ID upon application.
• The pass is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• It cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or specials.
• Steam and Sauna access is for customers aged over 16 years only.
• Tekapo Springs reserves the right to cancel memberships.
• Partial or full refunds are not permitted.
• Prices listed above are subject to change.
