Terms & Conditions:

• A Mackenzie Pass allows unlimited entry for 12 months from date of purchase.
• You will need to have your photo taken onsite when collecting your pass for the first time – this is mandatory, the picture is held in a secure system against your profile.

• Payment of your 12-month membership will be processed when collecting your pas for the first time.

• You must quote your membership number AND present photo identification.
• A family pass is for 2 adults and up to 2 children aged 3-15 years old.
• Proof of age for children is required via a copy of a birth certificate.
• The pass is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• It cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or specials.
• Steam and Sauna access is for customers aged over 16 years only.
• Partial or full refunds are not permitted.
