• Competition runs from 23 January until 13 February 2025.
• Winner will be drawn by the Tekapo Springs Marketing team on Friday 14 February 2025.
• The winner’s full name will be posted on the Tekapo Springs Facebook and Instagram page and will be contacted via Facebook by Tekapo Springs. Within this contact, the winner will be asked to provide an email address and phone number to Tekapo Springs needed for the booking.
• By entering into the competition you consent to our disclosure and use of your names and any photos you submit to us for our public relations, marketing, and promotional purposes.
• The winner has 48 hours from the time the winner is drawn to claim the prize by responding via direct Facebook message. If the claim period expires and the winner has not claimed the prize, another entry will be drawn. The previous winner will forfeit the prize as soon as the claim period has expired. Tekapo Springs will continue to draw winners every 48 hours until the prize has been claimed.

• The prize is valid until 14 February 2026, and is subject to availability. Exclusion dates are as follows: 19th June 2025 – 19th July 2025, 19th December 2025 – 18 January 2026.
• The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
• The prize has to be redeemed in its full entirety as a package and can’t be split.
• The prize is not transferable to another person.
• Entry is for people of 18 years and older only.
• Entry is for New Zealand residents only.
• Tekapo Springs staff and their respective partners are excluded from participating.
• Requirement for entry: comment on the Facebook or Instagram competition post, telling us your love story. Bonus points for adding a photo of you and your Valentine.
• Please note transport to and from Lake Tekapo is not included.
• Tekapo Springs reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and winners including, but not limited to, your identity, age and residency status, and to disqualify any winners who submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• Tekapo Springs reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time.
• You must bear any costs associated with your entry into the competition including, for example, costs associated with your internet connection.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tekapo Springs will not be liable for any loss or damage (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage) which may be suffered by you in connection with the competition.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook and you fully release Facebook from any liability or responsibility for the competition
• Spam accounts may attempt to contact you during the giveaway period but please block and report as the only accounts involved are the official Tekapo Springs Facebook and Instagram page. You will never be asked to provide your payment details to enter this or any other of our giveaways.
